Ketso Taster session: Integrating co-production into delivery of strategies and services

Joe Brady, the Head of Integration of the Scottish Refugee Council will discuss their experience of using Ketso to facilitate genuine dialogue with stakeholders, from designing events and projects, to developing services and programmes of work to developing a refugee integration strategy. This strategy, “New Scots: Integrating Refugees in Scotland’s Communities”, looked at integration across the public sector, in partnership with COSLA and the Scottish Government and involved communities and the voluntary sector at its core.
There will also be the opportunity to experience Ketso with a practical introduction to the tool kit, giving you an opportunity to share ideas around co-production and engagement with other delegates.
